Capability
We mould in-house and manage everything around it — including the tooling, which is produced by specialist partners we have worked with for more than 25 years. You deal with us, not with three suppliers.

Grade, colour and additive package chosen for load, UV exposure and site conditions, including customer-nominated compounds.
High-volume runs with consistent shot weights and dimensions, plus partial or full outsourced manufacturing for other producers.
Standard range
Everything below is moulded to hold position under vibration, pouring and handling — and to come off the bed cleanly.

The workhorse. Clips onto the bar and rolls into place, holding cover on vertical and horizontal faces.

Heavier sections and deep cover, moulded with a reinforced spoke pattern to carry the load without deflecting.

Snap-fit onto a single bar and stand on splayed feet against the mould face. Fast to fit by hand along a long run of steel.

A four-leg spacer with a wide, stable footprint for mesh and slab reinforcement that has to stay put during the pour.

Plug the voids in hollow core slabs before grouting, keeping the core clean and the fill where it belongs.

Stackable levelling pads for setting and packing precast units to line and level during erection.
Mushroom-head caps for exposed starter bars, so protruding steel is covered and visible on site.
The range extends beyond this page — lifting accessories, cones, plugs, formwork consumables and parts we already mould for other precast plants. Tell us the part and we'll tell you whether we make it or can tool for it.
Ask about a partCustom manufacturing
For high-volume industries we take on the pieces of manufacturing that are slowing you down — a tool, a material change, a production line, or the whole thing.
From a drawing, a 3D file or a sample part, we develop the die with our tooling partners and prove it out before committing to production.
Polymer grade, colour, filler and additive package specified around how and where the part has to perform — including compounds you nominate.
Take on a single moulded component or an entire product line, in partial or full capacity, packed and labelled under your brand.
From enquiry to delivery
Send a drawing, a sample or a description. We confirm dimensions, cover, bar size, material and volume.
For a new part, the die is produced by our long-term tooling partners. We manage the design, cost and lead time on your behalf.
First-off samples go to you for fit and approval on your own bed, before the production run is released.
Approved parts move to scheduled runs, packed and labelled for your plant, with repeat orders held to the same tool.
About us
Cochin Plastic Industries W.L.L. is an injection moulding manufacturer in Salmabad, Bahrain, supplying the precast concrete industry across the Middle East for more than 30 years.
We make the small parts the finished panel depends on: the spacers that set cover, the caps that close a core, the pads that bring a unit to level. Three decades in, the business runs on relationships as much as machines — our tooling partners have been working with us for over 25 years, which is why a die change is a conversation rather than a procurement exercise.
The company is certified to ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management. Alongside our own range, we manufacture to order for companies who need parts moulded at volume, under their drawing, their material specification and their brand.
